A Call For Talent – Blogging Writers

Drum roll please…

Since you are reading this post, I will assume that you are a writer who blogs (or plans to start one in the near future).

Anyway, I am looking for some writers who are interested in starting a blog chain. A blog chain involves a group of like-minded individuals who participate group activities by writing posts and commenting on the posts of all other members.

Okay, sounds confusing? Let me give an example. Say there are seven people in the group. One member will start the activity that week, and in this case it can be anything related to writing. For instance, she chooses to blog about “why I write”. For each day of that week, a member will write his/her own opinion about the topic. Next week, the activity will be decided by another member, such as using a picture for a short writing prompt. And so on.

There are many benefits to getting involved in a blog chain, such as:

- it adds to your platform as a writer

- you get the benefit of a blogging group, yet your blog retains its individuality

- increasing number of visitors and comments

- more sites linking to your blog (and thus higher ranking on search engines)

- you will meet other writers, learn from them, and share your experience

So, are you interested in joining me to start a writer’s blog chain? Are you sick of trying to come up with ideas for posts ? Do you simply need some motivation? Do you hope to meet other struggling (or successful) writers?
